Hello all!
You know, it seems like every 3 to 6 months, I disappear and reappear like nothing has happened. This is all my fault. Is it rare for a blogger to admit her faults? Is it too common for a blogger to express all of their issues in why they don’t post enough or why they will stop posting altogether?
This is a shame, I know…but this is not my reasoning for writing to you today. My reasoning is that there are going to be a lot of changes for this Fight Dis-ease! blog.
First off, I’m moving my entire blog from Blogger to WordPress! I know I have talked about it in the past but for the past year, I’ve been putting the same information on 2 different platforms. That doesn’t make any sense and opens the door for me to not post like I should. Time to stop that mess right now.
If you notice at the top, I have a new menu list. That means that you can see all my Random Thoughts posts in one section, all my Movements post in one section, and so on. I also included in my new menu the “SeeYoga Blog.” This new blog that I created on Twitwall talks mostly about Yoga. Not in regards to Yoga as a healing modality to many ailments and dis-eases but as something that I am so passionate about. My SeeYoga blog gives quotes and will talk about Yoga on many different levels. In this blog, I will also include classes in the NYC area that are cheap and just plain good! I’ll also add feeds from this site to my blog so that you can get glimpses of what is going on.
There are a lot of things that I am going to do soon which will take up my time. The first change is Intermediate Yoga Teacher Training. That will be from September to December but it won’t stop me from at least posting once a month.
Of course, I’ll be doing more Yoga classes and workshops. I’ll make sure to post them ASAP. The last time I wanted to post a workshop I was doing, I didn’t put it up because by the time I was ready to do it, the event was sold out.
I need to make myself more available to you and as always, everything is a process but this time…it’s a process that I’m really going to keep up with. Integrity is key (along with clarity, confidence, and conviction).
As always, stay strong, stay healthy and fight dis-ease!
